The story
One Argonaut, one ink, five shades.
ack's Argonauts are 9,999 skulls, 24 × 24 pixels, kept whole inside their contract. Trace draws its characters in a single ink on paper, out of five glyphs that are nothing but shade: · ░ ▒ ▓ █.
Argotrace draws an Argonaut the way Trace draws a character. Every square of the Argonaut becomes one glyph. The palette stays paper. The rest is ranked by how light it looks to the eye: the lightest square takes the dot, the darkest the full block, everything between the shade that sits closest.
Argotrace is 1,024 Argonauts. Every Alien and every Gold skeleton is among them; the rest keep the trait ratios of the whole Argonauts collection. Each mint draws one of them at random, never one already drawn. 0.00038 ETH a mint, ten per wallet.
The renderer reads the Argonaut's traits and pixels from the Argonauts contracts every time a token is shown and draws the glyphs on the spot. Nothing is copied, nothing is stored.
The Argonaut is the shape.
The glyph is the shade.
